Dance for Fitness is the perfect way to have fun and get fit at the same time. Viona will pump up the tunes and get your heart racing as she steps you through some cool and groovy dance steps. 

Viona will also make sure you will have a section of stretching in the class, an important element of keeping the muscles supple as well as strong. 

Adults of all ages are welcome. Some level of fitness is required. Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear - for example, runners or jazz shoes. Get ready to work out!
