The Mindful Journal is a weekly art and mindfulness class designed especially for children aged 6–12 years old. In a calm and supportive environment, children are encouraged to explore creativity, self-expression, and relaxation through guided art activities and mindfulness exercises.
Each session includes a short guided meditation, creative prompts, and hands-on exploration of mixed-media art techniques, including neurographic art, within a provided creative journal.
Suitable for all experience levels, this term-based program supports imagination, confidence, and creative wellbeing. Neurodivergent participants are warmly welcomed and supported.
All art materials are provided. Please bring your own apron.
