Kathy has been teaching art for 15 years and has exhibited regularly in both Melbourne and overseas during this time. Kathy makes work in several mediums around a central motif or theme. This central motif is usually either the suburban landscape we live and work in or the wider Australian landscape and the often-troubled relationship between the two. Kathy's paintings, ceramics and lino-prints are a personal response to these environments through the use of colour, line, movement and surface.
