Join us for a special hands-on workshop where young artists will learn the beautiful art of long stitch under the expert guidance of talented members from the Needlework Tapestry Guild.
Inspired by the vibrant and imaginative works from the Annemieke Mein exhibition at Box Hill Town Hall, children will create their own textile masterpiece to take home.
This fun and engaging session will introduce participants to the basics of long stitch techniques, while encouraging creativity and confidence in a supportive environment. All materials provided – just bring your imagination!
The session will begin with a tour of the Annemieke Mein exhibtion from10.30am - 11am. Followed by the long stitch workshop from 11am - 12.30pm
