Join us for a cosy Friday evening workshop! In this 90-minute cheesemaking demo, you’ll learn how to make the following cheeses:
HALLOUMI - a wonderful cheese for frying
MOZZARELLA – great for pizza and pasta dishes
PANEER (lemon cheese) - used in Indian curries as a substitute for meat
RICOTTA - used for a toast topper or for cooking
Learn how to make this wonderful array of cheeses using ingredients you most likely already have in your fridge or pantry. All recipes will be available for you to take home. You’ll get to sample the cheeses as you make them, and you’ll share a cheese platter and a delicious paneer curry meal together with other participants.
