Learn the fundamentals of bread making as you prepare a soft, fluffy dough and transform it into both a savoury garlic bread wreath infused with butter, herbs and garlic, and a sweet cinnamon sugar chocolate wreath filled with rich chocolate and warming spices. Along the way, you'll discover techniques for dough preparation, shaping, filling and baking, while creating beautiful centrepieces that are perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Please bring your own containers to take your dough/bread home.
