Try out our Dance for Fitness class for free as part of the Whitehorse Seniors Festival.
Enjoy a fun and energetic workout while moving to great music. Tutor Viona will guide you through a variety of easy-to-follow dance steps designed to get your heart pumping and keep you active. The class also includes stretching exercises to help improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle strength.
A moderate level of fitness is recommended. Please wear comfortable clothing and runners.
